1. Acceptance

By using Intelligence Prompting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by SEB Domains and can be contacted at contact@sebdomains.com.

2. Educational purpose

Prompt templates, guides, and tools are provided for general educational and productivity purposes. They do not guarantee an accurate AI response and are not medical, legal, financial, security, engineering, or other professional advice.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the AI service you use, compliance with its terms, and review of every output. Verify important claims and obtain qualified professional advice when a decision could materially affect people, safety, rights, or finances.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, expose confidential information, disrupt the service, bypass security, or misrepresent generated output as verified expertise. Do not submit secrets or data that you are not authorized to process.

5. Accounts and free-use allowance

A visitor may complete up to three prompt actions without an account. Prompt Builder generations and template-copy actions use the same allowance. After that limit, registration and a confirmed email may be required to continue. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and must not automate, evade, reset, or interfere with access controls.

Accounts are personal and may be suspended where reasonably needed to address abuse, security, unlawful activity, or material breaches of these Terms. The service and allowance may change with reasonable notice. Creating an account does not create a right to uninterrupted or unlimited future access.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, editorial guides, organization, and original templates are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use and adapt individual prompts for your own lawful work. You may not republish the library in bulk, remove attribution from copied editorial content, or operate a substantially duplicated competing collection without permission.

7. Third-party services

Links to AI tools, social networks, websites, or other services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and fees. We are not responsible for their content or operation.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to maintain useful and accurate content but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every model, or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk.

9. Changes

Features and these Terms may change. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
