1. Who is responsible for this site
Intelligence Prompting is published and operated by SEB Domains, which is the controller for personal information described in this policy. The site address is intelligenceprompting.com. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@sebdomains.com.
This notice explains what information may be processed when you visit the site, create or access an account, use the browser-based Prompt Builder, copy a template, follow an external link, or contact us. It also explains the advertising controls that will apply if Google AdSense is activated.
2. Current service status
Intelligence Prompting is being prepared for a new Google AdSense review and has configured Google's consent-management message. If advertising is approved and activated, this policy and the Cookie Policy will continue to describe that processing, and visitors in applicable regions will receive the required privacy choices before non-essential storage or personalized advertising is used.
Netlify Web Analytics is active. It is based on Netlify's CDN server logs rather than a client-side analytics script. Netlify states that this analytics product tracks site activity without cookies or personally identifying information. The operator sees aggregate information such as pageviews, popular pages, broad locations, and unique-visitor counts—not a visitor account or a list intended to identify individual readers.

4. Information you choose to provide
You may choose to create an account with your name, email address, and password. Netlify Identity processes the password and authentication credentials; SEB Domains does not receive a readable copy of your password. The site does not currently operate a newsletter, comment system, or purchase flow. If you email us, we receive the information you decide to include. Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
We use correspondence only for the purpose of handling the message, a related request, a correction, a partnership inquiry, site security, or a legal obligation. We do not add a sender to a marketing list merely because they contacted us.
5. Prompt Builder and copied prompts
The Prompt Builder assembles the fields you enter inside your browser. The current version does not transmit builder text to SEB Domains, Netlify Blobs, an AI model, or an analytics service, and it does not save that text in cookies or local storage. Choosing “Copy” asks the browser to place the generated prompt on your device clipboard.
Before a generation or template-copy action is completed, the site sends only the action category—“builder” or “copy”—and an essential guest or account identifier to the access service. This enforces the shared three-action guest allowance and maintains aggregate account usage. The request never includes the prompt, form answers, or clipboard content.
What happens after you paste a prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, another AI service, an automation platform, or an employer system is governed by that service and your organization. Review its privacy terms before submitting confidential or personal information.
6. Hosting and cookie-free traffic measurement
The site is hosted on Netlify. Like other hosting and content delivery providers, Netlify receives technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. Netlify Web Analytics derives aggregate reports from CDN logs and does not require us to add a visitor-tracking script or analytics cookie.

7. Google AdSense and advertising partners
If AdSense is activated, Google and participating advertising providers may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses or other identifiers, receive consent signals, measure ad delivery, prevent fraud, cap frequency, produce aggregate reports, and select contextual or personalized ads according to applicable settings and law. Even non-personalized ads may use cookies or similar identifiers for functions such as frequency capping, security, and aggregate reporting.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a Google-certified consent-management platform will present choices where required. Rejecting must remain as accessible as accepting. You will be able to review purposes and providers, reject non-essential processing, or change a previous choice through the privacy controls made available on the site.

8. Sources of information
Information comes directly from you when you register or email us; from your browser and network when they request a page or prompt action; from Netlify when it provides Identity, storage, traffic, and operational services; and, if advertising is activated, from Google and advertising providers involved in consent, ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not buy personal-data lists.
9. Recipients and service providers
Information is available only where needed to SEB Domains and providers supporting the relevant function. These may include Netlify for hosting, Identity authentication, essential prompt-use storage, delivery, security, and aggregate analytics; the email provider handling correspondence; professional advisers where necessary; and Google and listed advertising providers if AdSense is activated. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. At this date, we do not use site activity for cross-context behavioral advertising. If advertising is activated, the consent message and this policy will identify the applicable choices and providers.
10. International transfers
Netlify, Google, an email provider, or their subprocessors may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where European data-protection law applies, providers may rely on an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another recognized transfer mechanism. Consult each provider's notice for its locations and safeguards.
11. Retention
- Email correspondence: normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is needed for an unresolved request, security incident, contract, dispute, or legal duty.
- Privacy requests: the request and response may be kept for up to three years to demonstrate appropriate handling, with identity evidence minimized and removed when no longer needed.
- Browser preference: remains on your device until you clear site storage or the key is replaced during an update.
- Account information: retained while the account remains active and for a limited period afterward where needed for security, dispute handling, legal duties, or deletion processing. You may request deletion at any time.
- Prompt-access records: guest and account action counts are retained only as long as reasonably needed to manage the allowance, operate the service, prevent abuse, and understand tool use. They contain no prompt text.
- Hosting and analytics records:retained under Netlify's service configuration and retention practices; the operator's analytics dashboard is designed for aggregate traffic reporting.
- Advertising data, if activated: retained by Google and participating providers according to the choices, purposes, and retention information shown by the certified consent platform and their own policies.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have the right to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information; withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and complain to a data-protection authority. Some rights have legal exceptions, and we may need proportionate information to verify that a request relates to you.
Send a clear request to contact@sebdomains.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may contact your local supervisory authority; visitors in France can contact the CNIL.
13. Security
We use measures appropriate to this informational site, including HTTPS delivery, limited administrative access, provider security controls, data minimization, and software updates. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe the site or correspondence has exposed information improperly, contact us without including additional sensitive material.
14. Children's privacy
The site provides general educational material about AI prompting and is not directed to children under 13. Account registration is intended for users permitted to provide their information under applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has created an account or supplied personal information improperly, they can request its deletion.
15. Automated decisions
Intelligence Prompting does not use visitor personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The Prompt Builder applies fixed browser-side rules to assemble text; it does not profile a visitor or make a decision about them.
16. External links
Links to AI providers, documentation, social networks, and other websites lead to services controlled by third parties. No data is intentionally sent to those sites by the link until you choose to open it. Their own privacy notices apply after you visit them.
17. Changes to this policy
We will revise this notice when the site's data practices, providers, advertising status, or legal requirements materially change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. A significant change may also be highlighted on the site or in the consent interface where appropriate.
